Rosemary Feit Covey’s work is housed in more than forty museum and library collections worldwide, including the original collection of the Corcoran Gallery of Art, the New York Public Library Print Collection, the National Museum of American History, Harvard University, and the Papyrus Institute in Cairo, Egypt. In 2012, over five hundred of her prints were acquired for the permanent collection of Georgetown University Library, Special Collections. This collection encompasses the entire graphic oeuvre of her work from 1967 to 2010.

Rosemary Feit Covey is the recipient of a Rockefeller Foundation Fellowship (Bellagio, Italy), an Alpha Delta Kappa Foundation National Fine Art Grant Award in printmaking, and a fellowship to Georgetown University Medical Center as the 2007–2008 Artist-in-Residence.

COLLABORATIVE WORK

2019 The 0 Project, Starting in 2007 as a forum for the voiceless and an artistic catalyst at large social justice venues, The 0 Project has expanded. It is flexible art, freely loaned, continuing on a vital and varied trajectory, open to many interpretations and uses. Collaborations have included, the “Abductor” a large scale installation at Burning Man, Street Life Circus, Tomb Memorial a rock group from the Netherlands and many more. The 0 Project has its own music, clothing and projections. First exhibited as a building wrap 15ft. by 300ft. at Arlington Art Center in Arlington Virginia, it has wrapped buildings in Reno Nevada and Toronto Canada, been projected in nightclubs in Mumbai, India, wrapped industrial elevators and acted as stage scenery for multiple performances. Most recently it acted as a catalyst for a political forum.

2019 Hammer Theatre, San Jose, CA, Duende — A Concert of Dark Sounds. Duende is an exploration of the Latina identity through a re imagination of Spanish folk songs and art work. 

2019 The Art League, Alexandria, VA, Beyond Printmaking with Anagh Banerjree: An exploration of pushing boundaries in printmaking, while exploring complex themes of cultural identity and history.

2022 Torpedo Factory WIn-Win Problem Solving Group. Composed of selected artists, city staff and community members to discuss problems in the art center. 

2010 -2014 Co-founder with Dr. Pam Creasy, chief city archeologist, of Morrison House Presents- a cultural discussion series. A collaboration with the Kimpton Hotel Group, Invited, promoted and hosted speakers, alternating artists with historians, Alexandria, VA

2013  Member of the “Art on the Waterfront” subcommittee of the Public Art Committee who drafted the initial Art Walk proposal for waterfront redevelopment in Alexandria, 2008-2012.  In 2013 City Council passed the Waterfront Small Area Plan which included the Art Plan.
